Our gym is on 3 floors and has over 80 pieces of cardio vascular and fixed weight machine and houses Aberdeen’s biggest free weights area with bar bells, dumb bells, plate loaded machines and benches. We also have a 17 metre heated swimming pool with separate bubble pool and male and female changing areas with under floor heating, separate saunas and steam room together with two fitness studio’s offering a wide range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities and a boxing area available for free hire.

Classes
Taking part in one of our fitness classes is a great way to maintain and improve your fitness levels. Taking part in a fitness class helps you manage your weight, strengthens your cardiovascular and respiratory systems, keeps bones and muscles strong, eases depression and helps manage stress, helps you sleep better, plus meet friends and have fun while exercising!!

We offer a fantastic range of classes to suit all levels, no matter of your age or fitness. We have a number of different class types for you to choose from so you will never get bored!!
