Marc Howes our resident KBK and MMA instructor was the lucky winner of our 12 days of xmas “refer a friend” competition. The prize -£500 in cash.
 
We would like to express our thanks to Marc as he has asked us if he can donate £200 of his winnings BACK to the Warehouse Health Club and give the other £300 to Powerhouse for MMA equipment such as pads, gloves, guards etc.
