Warehouse Gym Classes

Taking part in one of our fitness classes is a great way to maintain and improve your fitness levels.

Taking part in a fitness class helps you manage your weight, strengthens your cardiovascular and respiratory systems, keeps bones and muscles strong, eases depression and helps manage stress, helps you sleep better, plus meet friends and have fun while exercising!!

We offer a fantastic range of classes to suit all levels, no matter of your age or fitness. We have a number of different class types for you to choose from so you will never get bored!!

While offering a range of classes we also have a single use functional studio you can book yourself or with a small group of up to 8 people.

So, what’s included in our functional

Cable Machine, Kettle Bells, Bulgarian Sacks.

Rowing Machine, Treadmills, Spin Bike, Assault Bike.

Range of Dumbbells, Dead-Lifting Area, Punch Bag, Pull-Up Station.

This is just a selection of what’s available for you to enjoy in this totally neutral environment where you can train as hard as you like or simply just enjoy yourself working out the way you want to in your own space.
